WAIVER
By signing up for a Drip class, you acknowledge that you have voluntarily chosen to participate in a program of physical exercise. You further acknowledge that Drip strongly recommends that you consult with your doctor prior to starting any exercise program. You acknowledge that you are fully informed of the strenuous nature of this exercise program and the possibility of adverse physiological occurrences including, but not limited to, abnormal blood pressure, fainting, heart attack or death. If you are pregnant, suspect you may be pregnant or are trying to become pregnant, please consult with your physician beforehand. If you have any preexisting medical conditions that may affect your health while taking a Drip class, please consult with your physician prior. You assume all risk for your health and well-being, and fully release and hold harmless for any responsibility, cost or damages, Drip Haus Studios LLC, its instructors, employees and agents. You acknowledge that your agreement to this release applies to each time you visit any Drip Haus Studios LLC location. You hereby acknowledge that you, and any minor under your care, have voluntarily chosen to participate. You assume all risk for your health and well-being, and that of any minor under your care, and fully release Drip Haus Studios LLC from all liability. Must be 14 years or older to participate in classes at Drip Haus Studios. Minors must have a waiver signed by parent or guardian prior to participation.
PURCHASE POLICY
Classes and instructor assignments are subject to change. Pricing is subject to change without notice. All class packages are non-transferable and non-refundable; there are no exceptions. The expiration date will be noted on each class pack you purchase. Drip Haus Studios LLC will not be held liable for any bank overdraft fees.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Drip has a 12 hour cancellation policy for both HIIT classes and Lagree classes. You can cancel 12 hours in advance of the class start time and it will be credited back to your account for future use. If you need to cancel within the 12 hours of the class start time, a fee of $15 will occur and you will lose the class credit and no refunds will be given. Failure to not cancel class within the 12 hour window will result in a no show fee of $20 plus the loss of the class credit. No refunds will be given.
For all private classes, there is a 12 hour cancellation policy. Please contact the studio or your specific trainer to cancel with 12 hour’s notice.
If you need to cancel a reservation, log into Mariana Tek, select the class you are scheduled for, and click Cancel Reservation and confirm cancellation. If you have trouble canceling or have any questions, email the studio at info@drip-haus.com.
RESERVATION INFORMATION/WAITLIST POLICY
In order to participate in Drip classes, you must reserve your spot in advance by creating an account online or via the app and registering for class.
If a class is full, we recommend putting yourself on the waitlist. If a spot opens up prior to 1 hour before class starts, you will automatically be added to the class. By putting yourself on the waitlist, you acknowledge that you will be able to take the class if you get in. If you do not want a spot in the class, you need to remove yourself from the class/waitlist 1 hour in advance of the class start time. If you are added to the class from the waitlist and fail to remove yourself or do not attend, it will be considered a no show, and you are subject to losing the class credit and being charged a no show fee of $20. If you do not get off the waitlist, the class will be credited to your account for future use.
Due to a limited number of spaces available, you can change or cancel your class up to 12 hours before the class starts. Please note we do not give refunds; your class will go back in your account for you to use another time. If you cancel within 12 hours before class starts, you will lose the class and be subject to a $15 late cancellation fee. We cannot give refunds for any classes that you miss. If you have an unlimited package and you late cancel or no-show for class, you will be charged a late cancellation fee of $15 for late canceling and $20 for no-showing class.
MEMBERSHIP RECURRING BILLING AND TERMINATION
Depending on your Membership, you may have different rights governing your term and termination.
The Founder’s Memberships are billed monthly, and have a minimum of a twelve month commitment. The membership begins on opening day of Drip Haus Studios, LLC and ends after exactly 12 months, with no renewal after the first 12 months. The membership will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis at the current monthly rate. Clients on the Founder’s Membership are ineligible for cancellation or pause prior to the term expiration.
Clients on the Unlimited Monthly Membership are billed monthly, automatically renewed on a month-to-month basis, and have no minimum commitments. This membership will continue to renew each month unless a cancellation is requested at least 30 days in advance of the auto-renewal date. Cancellations can be requested by emailing the studio at info@drip-haus.com 30 days prior to your auto-renewal date. Failure to timely cancel will result in auto renewal.
Clients on the New Client DRIP ALL ACCESS PASS are billed a one time fee of $79, good for one month (30 days) unlimited access to both the HIIT or Lagree modality. This pass is only available after the clients first class of EITHER HIIT or Lagree and cannot be purchased after more than one class has been bought. This pass will activate at time of purchase and expire after 30 days with no continued auto renewal.
Class Packs are purchases of a predetermined allotment of classes to be used at Drip Haus Studios, LLC in a given time frame. Class Packs are not subject to auto-renewal. Class packages must be redeemed prior to the expiration date which accompanies the Class Pack. No refunds will be given for expired and/or unused classes,
Aside from the Founder’s Membership, all memberships/class packages are subject to pricing changes, which will be reasonably communicated to you in advance of any pricing change.
The only membership eligible for pause is the Unlimited Monthly Membership. Should you need to pause your membership, you can do so by emailing info@drip-haus.com 30 days in advance. Failure to timely pause will result in auto renewal. Pause is good for one month (30 days) from the time of accepted notice. Clients on the Unlimited Monthly Membership are only allotted ONE pause per calendar year.
RETAIL PURCHASES
Any retail purchases made online and in store are subject to the following:
Returns are accepted within 14 days from receiving the product/merchandise. Returns can be made in the studio or via mail. Any returns via mail will be done at the expense of the client.
Product/merchandise must be unworn, unused, and in original condition, with tags still attached.
Mats, hats, water bottles and socks are final sale and non refundable.
Drip Haus Studios LLC reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange if it’s deemed un resellable by the studio. All returns and exchanges are at the discretion of Drip Haus Studios, LLC.
